The Optional Extras To Have
The equipment that is fitted to the used car you buy can greatly affect its value.
Choosing the right options will guarantee a superb resale value whenever you are done with the car and wish to sell it on. But buying a car without ‘essential’ equipment may help with price negotiations, leaving you with a stunning bargain.
Pretty much an essential on any car. Even a budget run-around can be worth £500-£1,000 less if it does not have ice-cold air on tap.Not important in most cars; however, it is extremely important in any car that cost over £30,000 when new (e.g. a Land Rover without Sat Nav can be worth £2,000 less than one with!).
Surprisingly few people actually care about sunroofs. They add very little to the value, especially in winter.
No matter what it is, if it wasn’t on the car originally, it is virtually worthless and in some cases can even devalue a car.
So buy wise, or bargain hard, the choice is yours!
‘Extra’ kind regards
